How was your appointment with Dr. Ellis?

Dr. Ellis performed a z-plastic corrective burn excision surgery. She was extremely good at explaining the surgery and drew a picture of it on a whiteboard for me so o clearly understood her approach. I appreciated her communication with me as thoughtful and respectful. She treated me as a patient who was capable of understanding and didn’t talk down to me. The surgery was highly successful and I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise and the care of her staff who were also excellent.
