    I “see” Dr. Austin through Teladoc. She’s prompt, friendly, listens and is very kind. We had one appointment that she was delayed, but otherwise she’s right on time. I have a rare condition and instead of being cocky and “fixing” me herself, she admitted to knowing a little and referred me to someone else. I appreciate that she didn’t treat me as her personal Guinea pig for her own pride.
