Thorough and knowledgeable. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and explain things to you. Will even print out educational materials or coupons to help you understand & involved in care. Excellent bedside manners and caring personality. Doesn’t keep you waiting most of the time, but apologetic when it does happen.
