How was your appointment with Dr. Morris?

    Jan 26, 2022
Dr. Morris was such a gift to us during our stay at BID Boston. My son Jeremy has been very ill and most days during our two-month stay (thus far have been very difficult for us as Jeremy was experiencing extreme distress and pain after eating. I had requested to meet with someone from GI on several occasions and they were not responsive to these requests. However, Dr. Morris spent time really trying to understand what Jeremy was going through and this is difficult due to Jeremy being non-verbal. Dr. Morris showed incredible care, kindness, and empathy for Jeremy's pain and discomfort and prescribed some new medications that have made a world of difference for Jeremy's quality of life. Eating has always been such a pleasure for Jeremy and watching him suffer every day was breaking my heart. Dr. Morris listens and shows incredible professionalism. I feel so grateful that Jeremy seems back to his old self. He smiled and laughed for the first time in months. Dr. M is our hero!
