How was your appointment with Dr. Smith-Winton?

I am glad to recommend Dr. Lauryn R Smith who identified my inflamed swollen toe as a osteomyelitis condition. She walked me through an x-ray and later a MRI of the toe to observe the extent of the infection and the need for oral based antibiotics as the appropriate first treatment. Helpful was her patience with my questions and recommendation to Infectious Diseases Physicians Group (Dr. Donald Poretz) for more specialized IV based antibiotic treatment. She teamed up with them to make me well.
