El Dr Penalver no prevé de este planeta, tiene una calidad humana inigualable, da muchísima seguridad, se siente que alguien familiar cercano está a cargo de tu salud, lo más difícil fue conseguir la cita pero gracias a Dios fue el quien se encargó de mi caso, me ha operado ayer en el Mercy Hospital y ayer tuve una consulta y me llamó l ver mi mensaje, hoy me ha llamado a dar los resultados, todo el personalmente, un hombre con tantas pacientes y tan ocupado no pierde la sencillez y calidez para hablar y explicar la situación.
