How was your appointment with Dr. Roppolo?

I went to him due to a referral for something strange that popped up on routine lab work on more than one occasion. I have to give a lot of props to Dr. Roppolo. He threw EVERY TEST IMAGINEABLE, both blood work and giant urine jug. He examined it and he sent it to other places to have colleagues examine it. In the end, they couldn't figure out what caused it but he didn't just go the extra mile. He went the extra 10 miles! He even video visited with me to discuss the results when I was out of town for work. His staff is SUPER friendly and his nurse with me on my first had me rolling laughing on the way out the door because of his personality and charisma when asking me questions to make sure I understood what I had to do. Put his own spin on it and made me laugh so hard (in a good way)! Only criticism is Dr. Roppolo can be a bit technical when describing things. Could use more layman's terms, diagrams, etc. but very smart man.
