    How was your appointment with Dr. Puzio-Bell?

    I have nothing to say about quality of care. I just want to say that it is utterly impossible to talk to a human being on the phone at this office. I have had to drive in from 10 miles away just to ask a question. You can only leave a message and then wait to get a call back from them. Not everyone carries a cell phone on their person 24/7. The Loyola website allows you to make an appointment request but there is no text field where you can specify why you want to visit or just talk to someone on the phone. Some elderly people don't use the internet. I am trying to assist an elderly parent with memory issues.
