How was your appointment with Dr. Mitruka?

Dr. Mitruka saved my life back in 2011. I had severe aortic stenosis and at the time of surgery, my heart was only working at 25% capacity. I owe my life to Dr. Mitruka, and not only would I highly recommend him, but I am eternally grateful to him, and to his staff, and to the professionals at Eisenhower Medical Center. Dr. Mitruka was very kind and patient with me as it took days for me to decide to do the surgery. Every morning he would walk into my hospital room with a smile and softly ask if I had made a decision. In retrospect, what was I waiting for? My recovery was a breeze and I'm still doing well. I'm so very grateful to be alive.
