How was your appointment with Dr. Parker?

I first saw Dr. Parker five years ago. My periods had started to become unbearably heavy and unpredictable. The final straw was during a work trip when I bled through my tampon and pad on the flight home. I would get anxious leading up to my period, knowing my flow would be life altering. After some testing, Dr. Parker clearly laid out all of my options without judgment or pressure, previously visited gynecologists were ready to open me up, something I wasn’t ready to do. Two years ago, I went to an orthopedist for chronic back pain, the MRI indicated an enlarged uterus, my fibroids had indeed grown and were pushing on my bladder and spine. I reached out to Dr. Parker again, his bedside manner, knowledge and experience in treating fibroids put me at ease and I decided to have the surgery. Surgery went smoothly and was relatively painless. I am SO PLEASED to report that I am now 4 months post-op and have not had back pain since my surgery. My periods are slowly getting back to normal
