How was your appointment with Dr. Park?

Dr. Park is very thorough and answers all your questions. He is friendly and has a very good bedside manner. Front office staff messed up my first appointment and Dr. Park apologized profusely and thanked me for my understanding. Billing department incorrectly coded labs to my insurance company. Currently under review. Hopefully, they will make the necessary corrections. I have not had to schedule any urgent appointment so will not comment on that part of the survey.
