How was your appointment with Dr. Espinosa?

Dra. Espinosa has been one of the best psychologist I’ve ever had. I was in therapy with her around 1 and a half year. Before her, I tried with 4 therapists, and she was my last option. Since day one, I felt the difference in the therapy. She is very knowledgeable in many areas, including mindfulness therapy, and a very caring psychologist. Her techniques are appropriates according the needs that are being identified during the sessions. Also, she speaks english and spanish, which is good for hispanic people like me. Honestly, she is a very sensitive therapist and committed with her patients, and I’ve never been given that type of care from a therapist before. My life change a lot for good thanks to Dra. Espinosa.
