    How was your appointment with Dr. Richmond?

    She was my life saver. I met her when I was at my lowest physically and emotionally. She was on call with MHS the evening I called, never seen me or I her, she listened to me , took notes, did research, took time. Upon getting off phone, I was admitted to hospital, where I still was not diagnosed but felt mentally better. Dr. Richmond, continued to follow me. I was eventually diagnosed, let her know, but still did not see her. Called today to make an appointment told she is no longe4 part of our system. Was devastated, because I never got the chance to personally see her and thank her for being the greatest I have come across. She exhibited compassion to me at a time when I felt hopeless.
