How was your appointment with Dr. Malloy?

    Aug 23, 2016
I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago for this coming week. This past Friday a message was left canceling my appointment. I called the office today and found out that I am a new patient (which I told the scheduler when I made the apt) and the time slot she gave me was not for a new patient. The next available appointment was almost four weeks from today which only added even more time before I see Dr. Malloy. Since they made the error they could schedule me quicker. This was not option
