    How was your appointment with Dr. Zimmerman?

    Worst office with no one to speak to regarding concerns. As I asked for manager she was rude to even start the conversation regarding my issues. Doctor did not listen at first appointment leaving me in pain for an additional 4 weeks, 2nd appointment was not communicated so it was confused and then it never happened because office staff argued when I simply asked how far behind the doctor was after waiting 45 minutes with no update. Did not feel heard so I had my husband come to 2nd visit only for him to see how badly the office operated. Choas rudeness and arguing about Covid to get him I. To attend visit with me. No masks required anywhere, yet this ORTHO office you still can’t go in with family….clear excuse! to not have to deal with service or patient issues because family would support the complaints.
