Very professional but down to earth as well. Very knowledgeable about my condition. Suggested some changes to my medications but discussed them with my primary first. I find this very important as on other occasions not necessarily this practice changes have been made by np they were ineffective or counterproductive. Ms Lancaster fills a perfect role in this practice. Five stars. I could ask for nothing more. Highest recommendation.
