I have seen Dr. Phelan twice now in the past 1.5 months and I have to say that this physician is absolutely the best of the best. The community he serves should be extremely grateful and proud that they have a doctor of this caliber at their disposal. I am a traveling PA - I have seen and met with a lot of physicians from all over the country and I say this with 100% honesty and on my own free will - Dr. Phelan is a gift. An absolute treasure.
