Very professional, patient and answers all questions. Treats the patient as if he were a family. I was diagnosed in another hospital that is considered one of the best in the US for a rare liver disease - psc and I came to the Mayo Clinic to get a second opinion, mayo clinic considered the top hospital for psc in the world, luckily I met this doctor.
