How was your appointment with Dr. Shih?

Dr. Shih treated my mother who had stage 4 lung cancer. Under her care, my mother's life was extended to give us more time with her. Dr Shih was attentive and spent the time we needed during our appointments to understand my mother's options. Qualifications aside, her compassion for her patient and family member shines through. She would always to offer us to contact her at any time. Dr. Shih's nurse, Jessica, is also terrific and very responsive to our emails and phone calls. It was a difficult period of my family. Dr. Shih and her team made it as easy for my mother and us as possible.
